Report transit damage or quality defects within 14 days of receipt with order number and photo/video evidence. Verified claims are resolved by free replacement, refund or credit (see Returns & Warranty).
Parties first seek amicable settlement; failing that, disputes are submitted to CIETAC (Shanghai) arbitration under its rules in force.
